The Cheese Course is a European-style cheese shop and quick-service bistro, offering over 150 artisanal cheeses imported from dairy farms all over the world. These hand-crafted cheeses are authentic creations from cheesemakers who take pride in their work. Most of our cheesemakers produce cheeses in the original method passed down from one generation to the next. We are a unique and culturally rich exploration in food and proud of our organic roots to the farm.
